Relate job requirements to the talent pool
The role requirement elements on the left are paired with sliders that can be manipulated to represent changing requirements for a selected role.
For instance, increase the years of experience, add/takeaway specific technical skills, or change required skill levels. The chart on the right shows how these changes can improve the talent pool for skilled STARs.
Analyze the most frequently required skills for a role
The skills chart at the bottom of the Assess dashboard shows the skills most commonly required for a selected role. This can be used to assess if a job posting supports skills-based hiring.
