Connecting with STARs in the candidate pipeline begins with improving job listings to meet STAR candidate criteria. The Assess dashboard provides tools to analyze how role requirements can impact the size of the talent pool for skilled workers.
Get started by searching for a job title to explore top skills
The first section of the Compare dashboard provides a search box. Use this to search for a job title and learn more about the skills associated with it. By default, the search will show any search selected on another dashboard.
This search selection establishes the role that informs the data in the dashboard's charts. Search for a new job title to update the charts to a new role.
A summary of the number of workers and STARs in the selected role is also provided.
Using the dashboard:
1. Select a job title to explore top skills:
Leave the job title chosen on the Compare Dashboard or select a new job title from the drop-down to explore skills and jobs
2. How job requirements impact the talent pool:
See how skill and job requirements impact the potential pool of qualified candidates. By adjusting the education, skill levels and job requirements on the left, you can see how the pool of qualified workers grows on the right.
3. Analyze frequently required skills:
The skills chart at the bottom of the Asses dashboard shows the skills most frequently required for a selected role. By hovering over each skill you can see how frequently each skill appears in job postings.
